Every painter under the age of 18 must have a release form on file. 

 

Forms are kept on file during the fiscal year (January through December annually).   These forms (General Release, Sign In/Out Policy & the 2026 Off Campus Permission Slip) must be completed and received befor your minor child attends any of our programs.
