Celebrate your child’s special day with a creative, colorful painting party from Paint’n With Friends!

Our Kids Painting Parties are designed to be fun, easy, and stress-free for parents while giving kids a chance to create a painting they’ll be proud to take home.

Most parties last approximately 1½ to 2 hours, not including our set-up and clean-up time.

We Bring the Party to You!

Paint’n With Friends is a mobile painting party experience, which means we bring the creativity, supplies and fun directly to you!

Your party can be held at your home, clubhouse, school, community room, private venue or another location that you arrange.

We generally arrive approximately one hour before the party to set up and will need additional time after the event to clean up and pack our supplies.

You will need to provide:

Tables and chairs for your guests
Adequate space for everyone to paint comfortably
Access to water
Table coverings to help protect the painting area

Kids Painting Party Pricing

$250 for up to 10 painters

Additional painters are $25 each.

Travel Fee

A $50 travel fee applies for locations within 25 miles.

For locations beyond 25 miles, additional mileage is charged at $2 per mile.

What’s Included?

Your Paint’n With Friends Kids Painting Party includes everything your young artists need to complete the painting you select from our gallery.

Most canvases are pre-sketched, allowing your budding artists to focus on painting rather than worrying about drawing the design first.

Your party includes:

Step-by-step instruction from one of our artists
Pre-sketched canvas for each painter
Acrylic paints
Paintbrushes
Aprons to use during the party
Painting supplies and materials
Each guest’s finished masterpiece to take home

What Should Guests Wear?

We provide aprons for everyone, and our paints are water-based acrylics. However, acrylic paint can stain clothing once it dries.

We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing that won’t be ruined by an unexpected paint splatter. Short sleeves are best, and guests with long hair may want to bring a hair tie.

Can Adults Paint Too?

Absolutely!

Parents, grandparents, family members and other adults are welcome to paint along with the kids. Adults who participate as painters are charged at the same rate as any other painter.

Booking Your Party

Your party date is officially reserved once we have received:

Your completed Party Agreement
Your required deposit

A $150 deposit is required to secure your date.

If your event is booked within 10 days of the party date, payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until your signed agreement and payment have been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Cancellations:

14 days or more before your event: $50 cancellation fee
Less than 14 days before your event: $100 cancellation fee

Rescheduling:

10 days or more before your event: No rescheduling fee
Less than 10 days before your event: $50 rescheduling fee

Final Guest Count & No-Shows

The party organizer is responsible for the number of painters reserved for the event.

Refunds are not provided for guests who do not attend.

If a reserved guest is unable to attend, their unused canvas and paint may be kept by the party organizer.

Parent/Guardian Release Forms

Every painter under the age of 18 must have a signed release form completed by their parent or legal guardian before participating in a Paint’n With Friends party or event.

A Quick Note About Your Space

Because we are bringing painting supplies into your home or venue, the host is responsible for providing and protecting tables and surrounding surfaces.

While we do our best to keep your party neat and organized, Paint’n With Friends cannot be responsible for paint or other damage to unprotected surfaces.
