PRIVACY INFORMATION:
We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
- To get a ticket to Paint’n with Friends, you must reserve one on our website using either a credit/debit card or via Paypal, or contact us for information on Venmo and/or to place your order via phone (408-710-2327)
What is “Paint’n with Friends”?
- Paint’n with Friends inspires people to live and connect creatively. We invite you to an with awesome social events held either at our studio or at the venue of your choice (see Private Events) You’ll hang out and get creative, because we put blank canvases, bright paint, and a guiding artist in the mix to give you an even better reason to leave the house.
What is your Covid-19 Mask/Vaccination policy?
- Paint’n With Friends is taking precautions against Covid-19. We take the health of our staff and patrons very seriously. All involved must remain healthy for the events to go on. Thank you for your consideration!
Vaccinations are highly recommended but not required. However, our studio is indoors patrons in close proximity to one another. PWF does not require to wear a mask, and leave this decision up to the patron, the State and county still strongly encourage customers, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask inside. Our staff has been fully vaccinated. If you feel you need a mask and have forgotten to bring one, please ask, we have masks available in youth and adult sizes.
We count on our customers to self-monitor. If you experience Covid-19 symptoms or receive a positive Covid-19 test, please alert us at paintnwithfriends@outlook.com and/or call 408-710-2327 at least three (3) hours before your event.

How big is the canvas/painting?
- This varies from painting to painting. Be sure to check our upcoming parties/events on our Current Events page.
Do your paints stain?
- You’ll be using water-based paints that can stain clothing and, although we provide aprons, you should keep this in mind. Paint’n with Friends can not be held responsible for damaged clothing or personal belongings.
Is it safe to paint while pregnant?
- Our paint is student-grade acrylic paint, which means it should be safe for pregnancy! With that said, it is always best to check with you doctor if you have any concerns beforehand.
Do you take requests (paintings)?
- Of course. We love getting painting requests, just sent an email to me at paintingwithfriends@outlook.com and let me know your interest. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee if or when your painting will be offered, unless you book a Private Event. In this case at your private event you will choose the painting you want to paint.
What if I'm late to my event?
- You can’t rush perfection! This is why we encourage everyone to arrive at least 15 - 20 minutes early to find a seat and get prepared to be creative. We do start our events promptly on time.
- If you are going to be late to your event, you will miss some of the instruction and setup, and may interrupt the other painters. So try to be on time so you don't miss any of the fun!

Can you refund my ticket or can I reschedule my ticket Paint’n with Friends event?
- Our tickets are non-refundable.
- You may request to reschedule your ticket up to 5 days before your event with no additional fees.
- If you wish to reschedule, and it is two days before your ticketed event, you will be charged a $10 per-ticket reschedule fee.
- Reschedule requests will not be granted if your ticketed event is within 24 hours.
- Reschedule requests will not be granted if you miss your event.
- All reschedule requests must be submitted via email at paintnwithfriends@outlook.com
What if Paint'n With Friends cancels the event?
- If Paint'n with Friends cancels the event you have the right to a refund or you may reschedule for any upcoming event of equal value.
